Digital Products — Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at HostReady. This policy explains our position on refunds for our digital products (downloadable files, PDFs, and access to online templates such as our Notion Command Center).
All sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing the files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. This is permitted under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which removes the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior consent.
When we WILL help you:
- Your download link doesn't work, or the file is corrupted or won't open.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You received the wrong product.
In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase at with your order number and a short description (a screenshot helps). We'll fix the file, resend your download, or issue a refund at our discretion.
When we generally CANNOT offer a refund:
- You changed your mind after downloading.
- You didn't read the product description and it wasn't what you expected.
- You lack the software to use the files (everything works with a free Notion account, a PDF reader, and a web browser — no paid tools required).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, email us — we're a small maker and a real person will reply.
