Welcome to HostReady. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are. HostReady ("we," "us," "our") sells digital products for short-term rental hosts. [Registered business name and address, if applicable]. Contact: .
2. What you're buying. A digital product consisting of downloadable files (PDF guides, message scripts, checklists) and access to online templates (including a Notion "Host Command Center" you duplicate into your own account, and a web-based Guest Guide template). Delivery is electronic — you receive a download link by email immediately after payment.
3. Your licence. When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own short-term rental business. You may customise the templates with your own details and use them for as many of your own properties as you host.
4. What you may NOT do. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or give away the files or template links, in whole or in part; you may not claim the product as your own or use it to create a competing product for sale. One purchase = one user/business.
5. Intellectual property. All content, design, text, and templates remain the property of HostReady. Your licence to use them does not transfer ownership.
6. Updates. We may release free updates and improvements. When we do, you're entitled to the updated version at no extra cost — re-download from your purchase confirmation email.
7. No guarantee of results. Our products are educational tools and templates. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, occupancy, review score, or performance. Your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice — check your local short-term-rental regulations yourself.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers via Shopify. We do not store your card details.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
